RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
All sales are FINAL because items are handmade to order. Since each item is a custom order, there will be no cancellations after the order is placed. Please ensure that all items placed in your cart are the correct size, color, and/or product. Returns will only be issued if the product you received is the wrong size, color, and/or item. If you receive the wrong size, color, and/or item please contact Celine Collections within 2 days of your delivery date. Please look at sizing to ensure the item you are ordering will fit. If you order an item and it does not fit, a return will not be issued unless you received the wrong size. EXCHANGES
At this time we do not accept exchanges.
PROCESSING TIME
The processing time for all orders is 4 weeka because all of the items we sell are handmade to order unless otherwise stated. This means once you place an order it can take up to 4 weeks before the item is shipped, and the processing time will not surpass 4 weeks.
SHIPPING
Celine Collections ONLY ships in the US. At this time we DO NOT ship internationally. All of our packages are sent through USPS Priority Mail.
USPS Priority Mail Delivery Time is 1-4 business day(s).
Customers will receive a confirmation email when you order is submitted. When the order is fulfilled customers will receive a confirmation email stating that a shipping label has been created. This means your order is ready to be shipped. When the package is sent out, customers will receive a tracking number.
